These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of roamverge.com and purchases from Nong Horizon Retail LLC, doing business as RoamVerge (“RoamVerge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Website Use
You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not interfere with site operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the site in a manner that burdens our systems; misuse promotional offers; impersonate another person; or use the site for fraudulent, unlawful, or commercially exploitative purposes.
Product Information
We work to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, measurements, compatibility information, photographs, availability, and pricing accurately. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax, shipping, and other charges are shown at checkout. Promotions may have separate conditions, expiration dates, exclusions, and quantity limits. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we may correct the error and cancel or refuse the affected order before fulfillment. If payment has already been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not mean the order has been accepted. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or resale activity. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates, and title and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law and carrier terms. Inspect deliveries promptly and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within the time stated in that policy.
Intellectual Property
The site and its original content, branding, layout, graphics, text, code, and other materials are owned by or licensed to RoamVerge and protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, images, descriptions, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or other rights holders remain their property. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the site for its intended purpose.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited. Manufacturer warranties, when offered, are governed by their own terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoamVerge and Nong Horizon Retail LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from the site, products, or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nong Horizon Retail LLC and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, labor disputes, supply shortages, governmental actions, power or network outages, or public-health emergencies.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer-protection law applies. Any dispute shall be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.
Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
